Refund Policy

There are no refunds. Every bid is final.

Bids

There is no balance and nothing to top up: you pay for one bid on one project, and that bid is permanent from the moment it settles. It cannot be reversed, reduced, or moved to a different project. This applies in every circumstance, including:

• the project being subsequently overtaken by another project;
• the project being removed from the board, whether by the operator or on request;
• the project being archived, renamed, relicensed or deleted on GitHub;
• dissatisfaction with the resulting position, click count, or traffic.

Where the money goes

All funds are received and retained by the operator of this site. Listed projects and their maintainers receive nothing. A bid is a payment for placement on this leaderboard and nothing else — it is not a donation to the project, and it is not tax deductible.

Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge where the bid never appeared on the board — contact support@unchainedlabs.dev with the payment reference. Genuine billing errors are corrected. This is not a refund process and does not extend to changing your mind.

Statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected. See also the Terms of Service.
